Positioned in the isolated wilderness of southern Byron Bay, our bees are the happiest on the coast, with a year-round supply of forage for nectar and pollen.
Foraging far and wide along the coastal blossom, our Byron Bay neighbourhood honey is a seasonal reflection of the diversity of flowers found by the bees from in and around the coastal hub. A truly delicious and unique representation of the coastal Spring and Summer seasons.
Flying up to 5kms from their hives, our Byron bees have been ever diligent to find the flavourful nectars from the neighbouring suburbs of Suffolk Park, Hayters Hill and Skinners Shoot.
Our seasonal honey is harvested at the end of each climatic season to ensure we capture the specific flavour and textural profile of the former season's flowerings. From batch to batch and location to location, our honey will change in flavour, texture, profile and natural sugar content.
