Situated at the Southern tip of the Redlands region, our Redland Bay bees are happy to be foraging through some of the bay-sides healthiest and most diverse flora.
Our Redland Bay Neighbourhood Honey is a seasonal reflection of the diversity of flowers found by the bees from the surrounding neighbourhoods, a truly delicious and unique representation of the Spring and Summer seasons.
As the bees fly far and wide, visiting flowers within a 5km radius of their hives, they will be finding new sources of food in neighbouring areas of Victoria Point, Carbrook and the Southern Moreton Bay Islands. A broad representation of the flowering cycles of this prime pocket of pollination heaven.
Our seasonal honey is harvested at the end of each climatic season to ensure we capture the specific flavour and textural profile of the former season's flowerings. From batch to batch and location to location, our honey will change in flavour, texture, profile and natural sugar content.
