From the rooftops of Fox St, Albion, our bees are foraging through some of Brisbane's healthiest and most fruitful suburban gardens.
Our Albion neighbourhood honey is a seasonal reflection of the diversity of flowers found by the bees from the surrounding neighbourhoods, a truly delicious and unique representation of the flavours of Spring and Summer.
Flying up to 5kms from their hives, our Fox Street bees have been ever diligent to find the flavourful nectars from the neighbouring suburbs of Hamilton, Windsor, Ascot, Lutwyche, Bowen Hills, Newstead, Grange, Kedron and Stafford.
Our seasonal honey is harvested at the end of each climatic season to ensure we capture the specific flavour and textural profile of the former season's flowerings. From batch to batch and location to location, our honey will change in flavour, texture, profile and natural sugar content.
