With apiary sites positioned at every edge of the Port Macquarie coast, our bees forage through the lands of the Hastings River all the way down to the Bloodwood Forests of Queens Lake. Our Port Macquarie bees are privileged to be selecting nectars and pollens from the finest natives and flowering species.
Our Port Macquarie Neighbourhood Honey is a seasonal reflection of the diversity of flowers found in this coastal pocket, known for its lush forests, native flora and diverse wildlife. A truly delicious and unique representation of the coastal Spring and Summer seasons.
Our Port Macquarie bees are foraging up and down the coastal regions surrounding the Port Macquarie hub. From the caramel scented tea-tree lakes of Port Macquarie’s inlet roads, to the bloodwoods of the Southern Channel, the bees are always feeding on pure & clean flowers. Port Macquarie is a coastal prime land for beekeeping, where bees survive on native nectar and pollen all year round.
Our seasonal honey is harvested at the end of each climatic season to ensure we capture the specific flavour and textural profile of the former season's flowerings. From batch to batch and location to location, our honey will change in flavour, texture, profile and natural sugar content.
