Positioned in the Northern Coastal Suburbs of Sydney, our bees are the healthiest and happiest on the coast, with a year-round supply of seasonal nectar and pollen available at their door, due to the large number of beautiful yards and nature reserves.
Honey produced in the Northern Beaches is a pure reflection of the varying landscapes that the upper coastal regions of Sydney have to offer. From the southern bays of Mosman, to the forested tip of Foley's Hill, this honey is in high demand for its unique flavour and texture profile, and in short supply due to our shorter seasons in the southern states.
As the bees fly far and wide, visiting flowers within a 5km radius of their hives. We have a range of locations in the Northern Beaches region, so depending on their position, the bees will be foraging for nectars not far from their location. Our locations include, but are not restricted to, Frenches Forest, Mona Vale, Mosman, Narrabeen and Terry Hills.
Our seasonal honey is harvested at the end of each climatic season to ensure we capture the specific flavour and textural profile of the former season's flowerings. From batch to batch and location to location, our honey will change in flavour, texture, profile and natural sugar content.
