From the backyards of East Brisbane, our bees are happy to be foraging through some of Brisbane's healthiest and most diverse inner-city gardens.
Our East Brisbane neighbourhood honey is a seasonal reflection of the diversity of flowers found by the bees from the surrounding neighbourhoods, a truly delicious and unique representation of Spring & Summer.
Flying up to 5kms from their hives in Longlands St, our East Brisbane bees have been ever diligent in finding the most flavourful nectars from the neighbouring suburbs of Woolloongabba, Stones Corner, Coorparoo, Norman Park, Kangaroo Point and Highgate Hill.
Our seasonal honey is harvested at the end of each climatic season to ensure we capture the specific flavour and textural profile of the former season's flowerings. From batch to batch and location to location, our honey will change in flavour, texture, profile and natural sugar content.
