From a central rooftop in Woolloongabba, our bees are foraging through some of Brisbane's healthiest and most diverse inner-city parklands and gardens.
Our Woolloongabba neighbourhood honey is a seasonal reflection of the diversity of flowers found by the bees from the surrounding neighbourhoods, a truly delicious and unique representation of the flavours of Spring.
Flying up to 5kms from their hives, our Woolloongabba bees have been ever diligent in finding the most flavourful nectars from the neighbouring suburbs of East Brisbane, Kangaroo Point, Stones Corner, Dutton Park, Highgate Hill and Southbank.
Our seasonal honey is harvested at the end of each climatic season to ensure we capture the specific flavour and textural profile of the former season's flowerings. From batch to batch and location to location, our honey will change in flavour, texture, profile and natural sugar content.
